The Best of Times !!!
KHS Class of '85 Photo
In August of 1982, over 400 eager sophomores entered the halls of Kinston High School. Among us were all types: "the smart kids", the jocks and cheerleaders, the most popular, the band members, choir members, Ovation, Jr. Miss contestants, Rotary Boys, Anchor Girls, the "cool kids", the geeks/nerds, the bus drivers, the Sophisticated Gents, the Xavier girls, the good, the bad, and the ugly. After three years, approximately 275 of us emerged victorious and made our way across the stage to get our diplomas on Friday, June 7, 1985. Since that time, we have moved on into many different walks of life, but we will always remember Kinston High School because it truly was: The Best of Times!!!
